On March 15, the Cultural Center of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Republic of Armenia in cooperation with the City Central Library after Av. Isahakyan and the Chair of Iranian Studies of Yerevan State University organized an event dedicated to Parvin Ethesami.The director of the City Central Library after Av. Isahakyan and Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Armenia Hasmik Karapetyan made an opening speech. A representative of diocese Anahit Yeghyayan delivered the commandment of Tehran Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Sepuh Sargsyan to the participants. The Cultural Adviser to the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran Seyyed Mohammad Reza Heydar; the head of the Faculty of Law of the Yerevan State University Vardan Voskanyan and expert on Iranian issues Emma Begijanyan; lecturer of the Faculty of Oriental Studies at YSU Garnik Gevorgyan made a welcoming speech. Associate Professor of Faculty of Oriental Studies of YSU Lilit Safrastyan's speech was about "The creative woman and her time". Professor of Faculty of Oriental Studies of YSU Astghik Geghamyan's speech was about " Issues of Social justice by Parvin Ethesami ". The students read some fragments from Parvin Ethetami's poems. Iranian music was sounded at the hall of the Library.
