About Us

    A visit to the library starts with the registration department. Here the readers learn about the structure of the library, their rights and responsibilities as a reader and get a library card. The library card gives them access to all the resources and services of the library.
    Since 2012 City Central Library after Av. Isahakyan is using the digital program “ElGrad” for registration of the readers and circulation of materials.
