"Great Armenians - Yeghishe Charents -120" - the second phase of the competition

    Within the frames of “Children’s book and music week” program, the City Central library after Av. Isahakyan in cooperation with Yeghishe Charents House-Museum organizes a competition for teenagers. The competition "Great Armenians - Yeghishe Charents -120" allows the teenagers to form an insight about the great writer’s life.
On March 29 the second phase of the competition took place. The motto of the competition was “World of Books is Infinite Universe". The teams participating in the game were “Vahagn” of the City Central Library after Isahakyan, “Rainbow”, “Arpi”, “Usmunq”, “Hro Erkir” and Erkir Nairi” of the school №67 named after Yeghishe Charents.
The president of the committee was Deputy Director of the City Central library after Av. Isahakyan Ruzanna Barseghyan, and the members of the committee were Deputy Director Karine Mehrabyan, advisor of the Director of City Central library after Av. Isahakyan Ruzanna Kostanyan, senior researcher at Yeghishe Charents House-Museum Qnarik Tahiryan and the Head of the Public Relations and Events department of the City Central library after Av. Isahakyan Marine Ghazaryan.
Despite the heated competition the game was held in a friendly environment. As a result, the winner was the “Usmunq” team. The teams were awarded with certificates of participation. The chair of the competition was actress Gayane Samvelyan.
