Hekiat Children’s Center Visits City Central Library

    On February 21 in the frame of the program “A Tour in the Library” the City Central Library after Av. Isahakyan was visited by the students and accompanying teachers of “Hekiat” Children’s Center. The tour began at the American Corner, where the kids saw the 3D printer and 3D doodlers in actions, learnt how they can make different objects with their help and received 3D printed memorabilia. They had fun playing Osmo and were guided to Children’s Department. Here they sang and recited poems devoted to their mother tongue- Armenian Language, told stories about Mesrop Mashtots and Noyan Tapan. In the framework of the program “Revitalizing Armenian National Games” run by the PR department of the library, the children played the game “Hamrakhakh”. After they watched the animation “Vishapagorg” by director, animator Gayane Martirosyan the head of Children’s Department Armine Petrosyan gave them books as a present. The memorable visit ended with a promise to come back again.
