Meeting Tigran Nikoghosyan

    On March 29, 2016 in the framework of “Children’s Literature and Music Week” the Yerevan City Central Library held a meeting with writer, Honorary Journalist of the RA, Chief Editor of “Hayastan” magazine Tigran Nikoghosyan and helped to present his new books "Seven Words About the Most Important Things", "Fathers and Sons" and "Green Brook". At the beginning of the event the audience watched an episode from the program “Otiak” devoted to Mr. Nikoghosyan. The opening speech was made by the host of the event, actress, reciter Gayane’ Samvelyan. She read some extracts from his book “Fathers and Sons”. Next speeches were made by the head of school division of the Department of General Education of the Yerevan Municipality Anahit Melkonyan; writer Artashes Aram; writer Liparit Sargsyan; architect, PhD of architecture, Honorary Worker of Science of the RA Garnik Shakhyan; writer of Armenian Diaspora, public speaker, social worker Toros Toranyan and others. A beautiful rendition-performance was presented by the students of the school №171.
The closing speech was made by the author himself, who kindly answered to the questions of audience and promised to publish the new part of the book "Seven Words about the Most Important Things" very soon.
