Presentation of Books by Rafael Sahakyan

    On April 17, 2015 in the frame of the program “National Library Week” the presentation of books “Incense-smelled Flowers” and “Love In The Valley of Tulips ” by Rafael Sahakyan took place in the YCCL. Opening speech was made by the editor of the books, writer Hakob Srapyan. Among the guests of the event were writer, publicist Edward Khachikyan, Teachers’ training institute worker of Ministry of Education Karine’ Torosian, writer Liparit Sargsyan, literary critic Liudvig Karapetian, editor of Hayastan publishing house Vahagn Sargsyan, writer, journalist Vrej Saroukhanyan, the director of the YCCL CNCO Hasmik Karapetian. The man of the event Rafael Sahakyan himself had some words to say. He thanked the guests and presented a song for them. The host of the event was actress Gayane’ Samvelyan, who read some of the author’s works.
