    On the initiative of Yerevan Municipality, within the framework of " Yerevan Days in Gyumri" project took place a seminar-consultation entitled "The modern library". The delegation of the City Central Library after Av. Isahakyan accompanied by the director Hasmik Karapetyan had a meeting with their colleagues from Gyumri. During the meeting they discussed the existing issues of the library. The discussion was preceded by the ceremony of signing a cooperation memorandum between “City Central Library after Av. Isahakyan” CNCO of Yerevan Municipality and "Shirak Regional Library" SNCO.. Gosh Sargsyan the Head of the Department of Culture of the Yerevan Municipality;Garik Nazaryan the Head of the Culture Department ; Hasmik Khachunts and Armen Galjyan from "My step" faction; Ani Khachatryan from " Luys" faction; Hripsime Arakelyan from "PAP" and the staff of Shirak Regional Libraries were among the guests and took part in the events.
