    On the initiative of Yerevan Municipality, within the framework of " Yerevan Days in Vanadzor" project took place a seminar-consultation entitled "The modern library". The delegation of the City Central Library after Av. Isahakyan accompanied by the director Hasmik Karapetyan had a meeting with their Vanadzor colleagues.During the meeting they discussed the existing issues of the library. The discussion was preceded by the ceremony of signing a cooperation memorandum between “City Central Library after Av. Isahakyan” CNCO of Yerevan Municipality and "Lori Regional Library" SNCO.
