    On September 19 the City Central Isahakyan Library hosted the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Armenia Mohammed Al Zaabi, consul Ahlam Al Salami and other embassy officials. The purpose of the visit was to develop cooperation and strengthen cultural ties. The librarian of the American Corner section of the library Anna Margaryan briefly presented the structure of the library, the events and programs that are organized at the library. The director of City Central Isahakyan Library Hasmik Karapetyan spoke about the library’s programs, expressed willingness for further cooperation and answered the Ambassador’s questions. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Armenia Mohammed Al Zaabi, in confirmation of further collaboration announced about the donation of Arabic-language children’s books to the library.
