On the occasion of International Day of Laughter at the City Central Library after Av. Isahakyan took place an event entitled ‘’ 50 Years of TV programme “13th Chanell’’. Actor, director Garik Ghazaryan presented the chanell’s path and the exciting video episodes. During the event Honored Artist of the Republic of Armenia Juliet Babayan, honored actor of Yerevan Drama Theater named after H. Ghaplanyan Ruben Karapetyan,the Director of "Anania Shirakatsi" Educational Complex Ashot Alikhanyan made their speeches and highlighted the importance of TV programme staff. Actresses Gayane Samvelyan and Aida Asaturyan presented episodes from humorous works of Hakob Paronyan and Ler Kamsar, moved the audience by giving them an artistic pleasure .
